    • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, we encourage an initial attempt at resolution through direct negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction as outlined in Section 12.
    • Severability: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue in effect.

Section 15: Disclaimer of Liability 

“The Time Capsule Project” endeavors to create a global tapestry of human experiences by allowing participants to contribute content to our time capsules. While we are committed to preserving these narratives for future generations, it is important to clarify our stance regarding the liability of such content.

  1. User-Generated Content Responsibility: Participants of “The Time Capsule Project” are solely responsible for the content they submit. This responsibility encompasses ensuring that their content is lawful, non-infringing on others’ rights, and in full adherence to our submission guidelines. Our organization does not endorse, validate, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any participant-submitted content.

  2. No Endorsement of Content: The perspectives, opinions, and beliefs expressed in the participant-contributed content are solely those of the individual contributors and do not represent or reflect the official stance, policy, or position of “The Time Capsule Project”. The submitted content by participants should not be interpreted as advice or recommendations from our organization.

  3. No Liability for Submitted Content: “The Time Capsule Project” and its associated entities assume no liability for content submitted by participants. This non-liability extends to any claims, damages, or legal implications that may arise from participant-submitted content. Responsibility for the legality and propriety of submitted content resides entirely with the contributing individual.

  4. Content Review and Removal: Although “The Time Capsule Project” reserves the right to screen, review, and, if necessary, remove submissions, there is no obligation to continuously oversee, monitor, or moderate the content provided by participants. The decision to remove or refuse any submission is at our discretion and does not establish a duty to monitor all participant contributions.

  5. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless “The Time Capsule Project”, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any third-party claims, demands, or legal actions arising from their submitted content or from any breach of these terms.

  6. Limitation of Claims: Any claims or legal actions related to participant-submitted content must be resolved on an individual basis, excluding any form of class action. Such disputes shall be addressed exclusively by the appropriate courts or tribunals, consistent with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of these terms and conditions.

  7. Acknowledgment of Terms: By engaging with “The Time Capsule Project” and submitting content, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms, fully understanding the limits of liability pertaining to their submissions.
